For facilitating a secure and safe environment to the employees that will increase its productivity and performance is also described in this report. Moreover, need of the customer should be given as priority to increase responsive behaviour in the staff. Furthermore teamwork with the help of training and programmes are being enhanced. The knowledge about respective cultures and background of the customers should be cognized by the staff members. An environment which listens to their employees suggestion should be made to bring creativity and ideas in the strategy incorporation (Schein, 2016).
